Western Traffic Jams: The Best

Even for a traffic jam, the West is Best. The West created traffic Jams. We invented the car, the car-horn, the pavement of roads, stop lights, and all other elements of a traffic jam. Once invented, we exported them to the world where they became much worse once.Freed from the cultured discipline of the West, traffic jams became hell. Be they in Cairo:

or in Lima: These traffic jams outside the West are horribly noisy with horrible drivers and horrible disorder. Western traffic jams may are Western: rational, quiet and orderly. They are civilized.
