Western Women are not Stoned to Death, but still not equal

In the West, unlike in some Islamic countries, we do not stone Women to Death. Like here in these films, one neutral one anti-Islamic.


This idea of course is, at least in the West, a Jewish one. We find it in Levitucus and indeed throughout the Old and New Testament. And yet, today the Jews and the Christians have largely allegorized these punishments as inhuman and ungodly. They are the West, and they are best. Let the rest follow this example of respect for human rights.

However we must not forget how far even the West has to progress: the west is best but not perfect. Even in the West it is alright for a person in the name of religion to plea for discrimination of women openly. This right to call for discrimination is based on the right of free speech.
